I WAS NOT ABLE TO POST ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK NO MY BLOGS YESTERDAY, THANKS TO UGANDA GOVERNMENT CRACK DOWN ON COMMUNICATION BY SOME OF US.

I do my Internet communication from cafes. This is so after 3 computers I have used in the past all got problems following the Government crackdown on my communication. The common problem is to do with the RAM following the measures the Government is using to muzzle some of us. So, yesterday, I went to one cafe, as I entered my details to access my Facebook, shortly, the Internet connection in the whole cafe got off. The client next to me was the 1st to complain, I had noted the slowdown. Immediately I knew that Government agents wanted me not to communicate. I told the owner that I had resigned! I went to another cafe. This one did not even get my Facebook account exposed! I then resigned. This morning, I am yet in another cafe. When we tell some people the problems we go through with Museveni Government, they are un-bothered, but for those of us who understand what good governance is all about the struggle continues. I have experienced situations where my emails have ceased to exist, blogs deleted name it; and what is worse is that even efforts to fend for a living using the Internet connection are disorganized. I am almost sure that I cannot get funds through the official channels (banks to mention a few because those in Government are ready to die to see me crippled. However, whoever is involved in this type of activity will at some moment in time reap what he/she has sown.

I GET BOTHERED ON LEARNING THAT SOME SECONDARY FOUR CHILDREN FAILED TO SIT LUGANDA PAPER YESTERDAY BECAUSE THE PAPER WAS FOUND MISSING IN THE CONTAINER

I imagine that UNEB makes lists of schools and the respective papers to be done in each of the schools.  The packing of papers ought to be done accordingly.  Once the papers are counted and packed, then there ought to be a delivery note to each of the stations UNEB delivers papers.  The delivered papers ought then to be cross checked according to the delivery note.

Now, how come examination papers can be missing and it is only realized at a time when papers are to be picked for children to sit for the exam?

PRESIDENT MUSEVENI SHOULD ACCOUNT FOR FUNDS FROM THE SELL O PUBLIC ENTERPRISES

Many Ugandans are demanding or the reinstatement of some of the public enterprises which President Museveni’s Government sold off.

As Museveni makes his campaigns for re-election, he needs to give an account to Ugandans as regards the amount to-date raised from the public enterprises his Government sold off, and how the people have benefited from the proceeds.

It is also public knowledge that the PERD Act stipulates that the proceeds of the divestiture account may only be used or designated functions including, or present purposes, the promotion of Ugandan Entrepreneurs for agricultural and industrial development. 

It is not clear how Bujagali Dam Construction became a beneficiary of US$27m transferred to the Energy Fund Account from the Divestiture funds given the PERD Act. Section 26(3) which; specifically relates to industrial development.

There is need or a report as regards the beneficiary Ugandan Enterprises given the Act.

THE INCLUSION OF ONLY TWO NAMES ON UGANDA NATIONAL IDENTITY CARDS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM.

It is not clear why the Ministry of Internal Affairs decides to include two names on the surface of the National IDs when three names were provided.  This has serious implications more so that in many places where IDs are to be presented, the two names are what an owner has to quote given that there are no facilities where these cards can be slotted to confirm the 3rd name of the holder.  

PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES IN UGANDA SHOULD TELL THE ELECTORATE WHY NOT TO VOTE MUSEVENI IN 2016

PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES SHOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO TELL THE ELECTORATE WHY CANDIDATE MUSEVENI SHOULD NOT BE VOTED IN 2016.
