WHAT DO UGANDA YOUTH WANT?I have been looking at machines which President Museveni donated to the youth around Kampala. I am sure these youth were not given the equipment on loan. Some were given physical cash in addition. They paid President Museveni back by not appreciating. I think this was bad.
