GOD IS JUST.

Can you imagine the pain fellow humans put some of us through unjustly? It is so painful what I am going through up to date after the powers that be in Uganda denied me access to what lawfully belongs to me.

However, though some people see themselves as gods of sorts on earth, one day, the Almighty God will surely put them where they belong. And remember:

1 Timothy 6:7

“For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out”.

A QUESTION TO THOSE IN UGANDA CABINET: ASSUMING YOU WERE IN PRIMARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOL TODAY, HOW COMFORTABLE WOULD YOU BE STUDYING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH FROM 8.00AM TO 4.00PM?

Cabinet is making schools a scapegoat for its policy failures.

Those of us who have qualifications worth talking about have in most cases been able mainly because of a favorable learning environment during our school times.

I remember when in P1, at Namutamba Demonstration School we had books supplied by the school which had photos and everything printed and we would do exercises depending on instructions as given. Learning was enjoyable. We had books, pencils and textbooks all supplied by the Government of Uganda.

We could have porridge with milk, lunch worth calling lunch at affordable school fees together with the school uniform.

If a member of cabinet realistically knows that he or she needs breakfast and some lunch, why not come up with feasible methods of getting these availed to schools?

Uganda has a lot of land that can be put to productive use. Some people have Square miles of land that are nearly redundant.

What makes me cry is the NRMs pride in leadership for many years as our young population gets illiterate at this time in the 21st Century. Many parents hide children who are not going to school and you wonder how a serious Government can fail on availing near to free education.

Many Ugandans are poor simply because many policy makers are interested in seeing NRM in power as long as Jesus is not yet back. This is extremely sad.

It is true, during NRMs time, there has been a population explosion. However, the population can be fed because we have plenty of land that is not used properly. The people with land have not been helped to have modern approach to Agricultural production. By this time, Uganda would have a number of Agricultural officers / Extension officers and social workers on ground well facilitated to help reach the people and have them improve their agricultural productivity.

The NRM Government has mastered the art of wasting the available resources in programs to entrench it in office. These among others include the Resident District Commissioners (RDCs). These in many instances have proved a source of conflict where they are. It is not clear why Government cannot induct into the Chairmen / Women of the Districts what is expected of them as regards security and then phase out the RDCs and RCCs.

The NRM has a huge non productive parliament. Given Uganda’s financial stand and indebtedness, a Parliament out of population representation with 150 members can suffice.

We has a useless army of Presidential advisers who should be earning from the assets made during active service. These are enjoying free money for no work and waiting for God to call them as they exploit the taxpayers.

The areas of wastage of resources if seriously addressed by the NRM Government, there is no way a serious cabinet Minister can keep talking about children carrying food from home. What hygiene standards are we talking about here? How many parents have the capacity to pack food for the children? How many schools have an environment where children food can be stored safely and it is eaten. What can be the long time effect on children’s health when they eat cold food which many times may be contaminated and gone bad.

Let the NRM Government get to know that it is solely responsible for the poverty many Ugandans are enjoying. What is really sad is: Those of us who have the potential to raise funds that can enhance development of the people simply get the funds we raise stolen.

It is not too late for Government to address areas of resources wastage and get the money put into areas that can help improve the welfare of the learners, the parents and eventually have Uganda’s education indicators worth given that the country has manpower thst can turn around the current state of affairs which incidently are unfortunate.

I GOT INTO SERIOUS PRAY MONDAY, APRIL 3 AS IT RAINED WITH A THREAT OF MANY UGANDANS BEING LEFT HOMELESS.

It all started with dark clouds in the sky. All of a sudden wind was shaking plants. This was a sign of a thunderstorm coming.

I got on my knees to pray for over 90% of the families in Uganda who live in insecure accommodation. My prayer emphasis was that the good Lord does not leave them house less.

Many times on different TV Channels we see homes of people which should have been phased out by this time. We see women cry for mercy after being evicted.

Many times we see schools which are not worth having children attend there. You wonder what happens when a storm comes and meets them at school.

Many Ugandans live the way they do simply because their leaders have not done enough to see them in decent houses. Meanwhile, many political leaders are in a drive to enrich themselves in a situation where many have no houses to talk about.

During the Holy Week in 2023, many of our leaders need to revisit their priorities and focus on the welfare of the people. It is unbelievable the way majority of Ugandans live.

Though we can send prayers to God, let those in authority seriously think about the welfare of the people under them. Regarding housing, unfortunately, Uganda is a sad story.

MONDAY, APRIL 3, 2023 MARKS THREE YEARS SINCE AS AN ALUMNUS OF MAKERERE UNIVERSITY, I ORIGINATED A FUNDRAISING DRIVE TO SEE TO THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MAIN BUILDING.

I have found it unbelievable that Makerere University have never bothered to communicate to me thanking me for having made the initiative out of which they must have realized good money.

There are things that surprise me in Uganda. This is one of them. I have had to appreciate the truth that the devil has had a big role in shaping some people in leadership positions in Uganda! It is sad.

I may never know what contribution my fundraising appeal brought in.

I however cannot fail to thank God for that calling.

Saturday, April 3, 2021 I worked on a Fundraising appeal for the Reconstruction of Makerere University Main Building. The appeal as below was circulated mostly to outside contacts:

MR. RICHARD BYARUGABA, I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW THE NAMES OF THOSE WHO BENEFITTED FROM THE “CAIRO INTERNATIONAL BANK PENSION SCAM” SHS 80BN THAT WAS KEPT WITH NSSF.

It is sad how the integrity of people we should be respecting gets compromised. Some Ugandans may be aware that there was Shs 80bn that was kept with NSSF pending “identification” of the pensioners who were supposed to benefit.

That money was never a Pension Scam. Part of the Shs 80bn was what I raised when I used Cairo International Bank - Uganda to collect on my behalf funds that were to help me fund my Presidential bid in 2011.

If Byarugaba is morally upright, I would like him to produce the list of Pensioners who were paid the Shs 80bn.

It is sad when intellectuals we have get compromised in such mafia like deals.

I raised billions of Shs through Cairo International Bank - Uganda in 2010, but to - date, I have not accessed a shilling of the money I raised.

“A Kind Appeal for Moral Support and Funding for my Independent Presidential Candidate bid - 2011”.

http://williamkituuka.blogspot.com/2010/09/kind-appeal-for-moral-support-and_01.html?m=1

I have always said, “No beneficiary of the funds meant for me will go away with it”.

I am not new to Byarugaba. Byaruhanga as a Statistics student was one year ahead of me at Makerere University.

I met him during my brief stay at Standard Bank in 1983, when we were all clerks. It surprises me that Byaruhanga could preside over funds where I am supposed to be a beneficiary until his sin caught up with him.

I do not understand why instead of calling me to teach Ugandans how to raise big money, some people thought it best to steal what is due to me.

I still call upon common sense to prevail over my fundraising so that I get what is due to me.

APRIL 1st IS FOOLS’ DAY.

In a country like Uganda, it is not wise to publicize such payment.

I have used Fools’ Day to have the attention of as many as possible given my plight following the fraud undertakings that have denied me what is due to me.

Until I breath my last, I will keep demanding what is due to me.

My fundraising efforts from 2010 to 2023 where I have not been able to access a coin are listed below:

1.

5. Namutamba Parish Local Economic Development Model.

DO YOU KNOW WHERE NAMUTAMBA PARISH WOULD BE NOW?

If only some people had not shared the monies I received in my fundraising appeals for President in 2010 and 2015, Namutamba Parish where I grew up would be a Centre of Excellence.

1. Namutamba Demonstration School would already be back to one of the leading schools in Uganda.

2. Namutamba would be popular for growing Organic food.

3. Namutamba would be getting local and foreign tourists in hundreds every week.

4. Namutamba cattle farmers would slowly be changing from having large herds to small zero grazing cattle with high returns.

5. Namutamba would be having tarmac roads linking many places.

6. Namutamba motorists would be having a reliable fuel station in the area.

7. Residents of Namutamba and its hinterland would no longer have to go to Mityana for their shopping, they would get 95% of their needs in Namutamba.

8. There would be extension agents virtually in all villages of Namutamba and organized marketing channels of the agricultural produce.

9. Namutamba Parish would boost of a Healthy Centre IV and expanding with services including: Ambulances; Surgery; Maternity; Eye-care; Dental and Primary Healthcare Services to mention some.

10. There would be at least one Demonstration Farm in each of the village of Namutamba Parish.

11. We would have a sports playground with prospects of being very competitive in Uganda.

12. We would try as much as possible to get people to work and change their wasted time in unproductive politics of parties to income generation.

13. We would by now be supporting Religious Organizations in their roles to promote morality which is the greatest problem of Uganda.

14. We would be sponsoring youth to train in vocational skills where such training is available and these would come back to Namutamba to boost the local economic development.

You cannot believe, this plan has not taken off. It is now 12 years simply because of the moral decay, impunity and love for free things by those who are connected.

Some of us have practical ideas and means to execute them, but we have people who think that they know a lot. Others use all sorts of unviable reasons to take what is due to the likes of myself.

We are poor because we have some people with primitive thinking. Those who undertake primitive accumulation of wealth.

If only God can intervene and I recover funds that were stolen by the so - called connected people, I can assure you, Namutamba Parish will turn into the Mecca of Uganda.
