4 years without a worthy report of the facts surrounding the 2010 twin bombings in Kampala, it looks like some people have forgotten the ugly. over 80 people perished. Why then does a man or woman leave a TV home and goes to open happiness areas? Surely, when do we learn? I wouldn't.
