I have moved around some parts of the Entebbe Express Highway under construction. What came to my mind is that if Uganda Government could get some funds and have some youth train on job as they do various tasks on this highway, chances are that these youth could help in the road construction works given the experience they can get in undertaking various tasks as the highway is constructed.
