Erieza Kabugo was born to Salongo Nekemiya Sekawaabe and Feibe Nakyanzi on 28th April 1938 at Mitala Maria.
E. Kabugo passed on 6th March 2016 and was buried 12th March 2016 at 78.

He went to Burunda Church of Uganda Primary School.

Kyambogo College where he studied Accounts.
He worked with the Ministry of Education in Masaka. At that time schools were being managed by the founding bodies (Church of Uganda, the catholic Church and the Muslims). However, later Obote 1 administration took them over, and he went to Bundibugyo.
He then joined Uganda Breweries at Luzira.
On September 5th 1964 he married Proscovia Nabunya Kasumba.
In 1980 he was in Kenya.
Back to Uganda, he started Milling business.
He worked with Makindye Local Council until he retired to his residence at Kitende.

He was involved in mission work. At some time, he was with Kikule of Life Ministry.
He worked with the Church of Uganda Kitende Parish Church.
Patrick Byekwaso the Chairman LC III Ssisa Sub - county referred to Kabugo as his father. Byekwaso did not see his father. He toiled with his mother for survival and had stopped in Primary five. It is Kabugo who identified Byekwaso as a hard working person at a time when Byekwaso was ferrying Cassava. After getting Byekwaso into Kabugo's businesses, Kabugo funded the wedding of Byekwaso.
Byekwaso was able to start reading books and today he is a successful man who owns a school - Faith Trust Primary School at Kawotto. He has been Chairman LC III and has been re - elected.
