Whoever takes power after Museveni in 2016 MUST be careful with his moves. Chances are that external powers may influence Parliament to easily impeach him. I have heard some Presidential candidates talk about reducing the size of Parliament among other things. Please, there is need to move with a lot of care. The President elected in 2016 should be ready to work with the kraal size that Museveni has put the Ugandan tax payer to shoulder, and only make some amendment to the structure of Parliament in 2021 and thereafter. Short of that, the external forces out of Parliament may easily lead any elected President to lose office.
