My paternal uncle George William Kiwanuka 79 has passed on. He will be remembered for among other things contributing land together with Besuel Nsubuga (RIP) on which St. Barnabas Church at Namulanda - Entebbe Highway stands.
He had been baptized 'Mayor' by the people of Namulanda trading centre.
He was born in 1936 to Festo Kiggwe and Eva Nanyonga of Jjungo Buwaya.
He went to Jjungo Primary School.
He used to buy Coffee and worked with Besuel Nsubua (RIP) who was his neighbour at Namulanda.
He was buried on Tuesday, 1st December 2015.
MAY HIS SOUL REST IN ETERNAL PEACE.
