IS PROF. OLOKA ONYANGO A PROPHET OF DOOM OR A MESSIAH WHEN HE SAYS AMAMA, BESIGYE CANNOT BE PRESIDENT?

A prophet of doom is someone who always expects bad things to happen while a messiah literally means the "anointed one" a saviour or liberator of a group of people.
The Makerere University law professor Oloka-Onyango has said none of the seven Opposition presidential candidates will take the 2016 presidency even if the people voted them to victory.
The law lecturer says although Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate, Dr Kizza Besigye, and Independent candidate Amama Mbabazi have a good chance of winning the election, their victory will be curtailed by possible violence orchestrated by ruling NRM party.
“I do not believe that any Opposition candidate in Uganda today can win this election, which is highly in favour of the incumbency… [If that happens], then you will have chaos or a military coup,” Prof Oloka-Onyango said during a debate on the 2016 elections at Centre for Basic Research offices in Kampala.
What the Professor said as a messiah should be taken seriously.  If those to Museveni’s continued leadership are serious, time is now to unit and fight as one front.  If at this moment in time of the development in the Uganda, Uganda can be so backward that it has a leader who can refuse to leave office after losing an election, then it is a big shame.  There is no person who is indispensable, how on earth then does Museveni imagine that he has to be in chair for as long as he wishes?
It is worth to give Oloka Onyango’s believes deep insight if Uganda is to be liberated.
