IT IS SURPRISING THAT SOME GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WHICH ARE OFFICIALLY OFF.

The Government of Uganda put off social media platforms on January 12, 2021. It is however surprising that some Government Ministries and Departments post on the closed media platforms.

It is not clear, given the circumstances why Government does not connect back the platforms.
