WHY YOU NEED TO MOTIVATE YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Sometimes employers are so demanding and want results from their employees without doing much for them. However, do you know that you can make more profits by simply motivating your employees?
Oh yes! Am not simply talking about salary here, there are so many things you can do that can make employees work better without you making so much noise.
Treat your employees with respect, this seems as though it is obvious and simple but you can hardly find this in the offices today. Respect is very important at least for everyone.
To treat people like they are horses is the quickest way of demotivating them. This causes them to be rebellious in some way and never go the extra mile even when they can. So learn how to respect your workers, it is a good motivation strategy.
You can give allowances even in the least amounts besides the salary. These allowances communicate that you care for them in a certain way.
It is not easy waiting for salary till end of the month and yet you may not have transport to go to work every day. You can give transport allowances among others. Even if it’s just 10,000, it speaks volumes.
Provide offs or leaves for your workers. This allows them to rest and refresh which means they keep in shape and work better. A happy employee means better delivery at least 95% of the time.
Rather than shouting and ill-treating them, talk to them and find out how best to work with them.
