MR KAIHURA, DO SOMETHING ABOUT VEHICLES WHICH CLAIM RIGHT OF WAY ON ENTEBBE HIGHWAY AT TIMES WITH NO LEAD CAR

Surely, it disturbs how some people are free to create a 3^rd line when they find a jam along Entebbe Highway.  Such vehicles more often than not put on full lights and they are extremely fast.  Many a drivers are many times caught unaware and chances of accidents are easily enhanced.

There should be discipline on this highway.  Being big politically does not remove the responsibility to see things working out rightly; after all, we have these traffic jams simply because many in responsible positions manage by crisis.

Those who think they have the right to overtake anywhere should be disciplined, and it is important to note that at some sections of the highway there are traffic Police men deployed in the middle of the road, and such reckless drivers put to risk the lives of these officers.
