It is sad that the devil is at work in Uganda. How does Government come out to show readiness in helping sort the indebtedness of MPs? Are MPs small children who do not know their financial limits? Who tells them to venture into work meant for local Governments? All MPs who take this money once it is released should not be voted come 2016.
Why should we have a rubber stamp Parliament ready to endorse whatever the Executive wants? This level of patronage is one reason why Uganda needs a well focused leader come 2016, otherwise the country looks like it is cursed!!!!!
