I HAD A BUDGET OF SHS 60 BN WHICH I THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE
AMOUNT OF MONEY TO CONTEST ON A SERIOUS NOTE.
The unfortunate thing is that forces at play in Uganda could not
see me raise such money. Finally, I was not able to contest as my bankers:
Barclays told me they had not received money.
One can believe such if his strategy to raise money was amateur
type. Mine was not.
