AS UGANDANS MOURN THE PASSING OF Rt. HON. JACOB L’ OKORI OULANYAH WHO WAS THIRD IN HIERARCHY IN UGANDA AT JUST 57 I WISH TO CALL UPON UGANDA GOVERNMENT TO RECONCILE WITH ME: WILLIAM KITUUKA KIWANUKA.
As I write talk is about Oulanyah who the Almighty God did not allow to go even a fraction of his 5 year term as Speaker of the 11th Parliament of Uganda. That is what is called God’s predetermined plan for our destiny. Once God decides your fate, your status in the country, your powerful office, your assets will not help nor the guns for those managing state power.
It is really sad that Oulanyah could pass on aged just 57. Ugandans had a lot of expectation from him, but all that has not been possible.
It is sad that from the beginning of 2022, there are three people whose death touched many Ugandans. These are: Prof. Emmanuel Tumisiime Mutebile who was Governor of Bank of Uganda; Hon. Father Lokodo, former Minister of Ethics and Integrity and Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah former Speaker of the 11th Parliament.
I have one thing in common with all the three. Over 12 years since my money in form of the proceeds to my fundraising (2010 and 2015), I cried to them to help me recover funds that were stolen following my fundraising. Unfortunately, they died before any of them helped me.
Many Ugandans may not know who William Kituuka Kiwanuka is. I may briefly say, he is the guy who as an individual has brought into Uganda the biggest amount of money from outside sources. The money where Kituuka has claim consists of 5 fundraising (s) two of which were to enable him stand for President of Uganda. There are some other 3 fundraising (s). And to those, there has been fundraising to Reconstruct Makerere University Main Building and also for Church House. The two of which were not to benefit Kituuka as a person.
Because our systems are rotten, it was possible for various players to connive and deny Kituuka a single coin of the proceeds to his fundraising.
The players in denying Kituuka the money he raised are those who wrongly believe that they are very powerful in Uganda in that they are the alpha and omega. One thing these people forget is that there is God Who has a key to their lives Who at any moment can wish to terminate them.
To Uganda Government, the experiment with funds due to me has failed simply because God has decided to discipline people involved in this impunity.
So, as Ugandans mourn Oulanyah’s passing, I wish to inform those in Government in Uganda that the time to ignore me came to an end. Our God is a just God. He cannot leave Kituuka to suffer endlessly when he is rightful owner of funds that were stolen from 2010 and the stealing is on going.
Hopefully, the message is clear. God Will not leave people to enjoy Kituuka’s toil without acting. Pain should be expected anytime to those people who think that they have a right to steal because they are connected.
