THERE IS NEED TO PLAN FOR THE DISABLED WHO SLEEP ON KAMPALA STREETS

When you arrive early in the morning to Kampala City, you note that a good number of people who sleep on the shop verandah's are those with disabilities.

To some one from outside Uganda, the impression he/she gets is that these people are not cared for.

Time is ripe to plan for some decent living for these disabled so that they get incorporated into a community setting as full humans.

It is then possible to identify the skills and help them generate some income to supplement the support that may otherwise be given.
