It is sad that though Dr. Ddungu is Chairman of Wakiso Land Board, he is an abuser of a wetland where he has set up Paradise Gardens and some Fish farming together with agriculture which involves yams.
For sometime now, Dr. Ddungu has been filling soil at this site which is a wetland proper. The image below shows just one truck, however, when soil filling is being undertaken, he may have about 6 trucks doing the work. Hie areas floods badly in the rainy season and at times his fish have fallen prey to those passing by after some heavy rain.
