SINCE WHEN DID THE LATE AYIGIHUGU BECOME HON J. B. MUTEBIS FATHER?

I was surprised as well as shocked when I heard an announcement on CBS 88.8 FM by Hon. J. B. Mutebi that his father AyigIhugu had died.  All I know is that the MP fluked that office the first time after a sympathy vote in his favour by the electorate following the passing on of his father Hon. Patrick Musisi who had been the MP for Busiro South.  I fail to comprehend in which sense J B as a Muganda could refer to Ayigihugu as his father.
