WITH JUST ABOUT 34.5% TURN UP FOR LUWEERO POLLS CHANCES ARE THAT THE VOTER REGISTER IS INFLATED

The number of registered voters in Luweero District is over 180,000, however, about 63,000 people turned up for voting for the Luweero woman MP.  This was very competitive such that one would least expect only 34.5% of the registered voters to have turned up.  This may be a good clue that the voter register is highly inflated.  Following the 2014 Census, there should be a new Voter Register complied for the 2016 General Elections.  It look like the current voter register has been designed to accommodate vote stuffing, which ends up giving false victory to some candidates.
